With all of Merlin's talk about Jean Grey, I'm curious which persona/incarnation of Jean Grey was the best and which was the worst.

Been out of comic books since the late 1990s/early 2000s, so far the ones I remember are: Marvel Girl (original X-Men), Jean Grey (X-Factor, Modern X-Men), Phoenix, Dark Phoenix, Black Queen (Mastermind), Madelyn Pryor (Clone) and Goblin Queen (Madelyn Pryor).

So far for me it's this:

Dark Phoenix - Goblin Queen - Phoenix - Jean Grey - Marvel Girl - Madelyn Pryor.

I guess I like Jean Grey as a villian.
