Trying to upload a profile photo.
Downloaded a 500x375-pixel jpg from my flickr stream.
Went to the Photo tab of the Edit Profile page.
Hit browse. Found downloaded photo. Clicked Open. Clicked "Upload File". Progress bar goes to 101% (sweet!) Then switches to a red bar that says "error" with no further explanation. No picture loaded into preview squares.
Tried a few more times with various permutations for same result.
Went away from profile edit page. Came back and picture was there.

Thanks for reporting that, Jeff. I've added our QA team to the community - they'll try to figure out what's going on.
QA has logged this issue. Thank you for reporting it :)
I'm having the same problem with a 1-megapixel (1k by 1k) .jpg only now when I click on "upload" I get kicked back the homepage, backtowork.igloocommunities.com, where the message "file has no content" appears in a green rectangle.
I'm having same problem, except I can't even get to the download part - clicking the "Upload" button seems to just bump to an anchor tag... this may be b/c you folks are still in the trouble-shooting process.
I hope it gets fixed. I hate looking so grey...
